Kris Adey
Partner
Kristine began her career in finance and wealth management but soon found herself pursuing a passion for high impact real estate investing and development.
Over her career, she has developed over 500 million dollars in commercial real estate. After working with large commercial developers for over 20 years, she established SH Group in 2013 so that she could make a difference for clients both inside and outside the real estate industry. With a specialty in uniquely complex projects, SH Group has developed in every asset class and understands the intricacies of project management. SH Group can assist clients with every aspect of the development life cycle; from acquisition through design and construction.

Kristine holds an MBA and dual Bachelors degrees from R.H. Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland.
Karl Adey
Partner
Karl joined SH Group in 2022 after working in the development and construction sectors for over 15 years.
Karl specializes in construction management and has successfully developed over 60 million dollars in residential and commercial projects. Specializing in ground up and adaptive reuse projects, his ability to drive the financial success of a project has proved invaluable to his clients.

Karl holds a Bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University.
Hannah Clancy-Thompson
Executive Vice President for Business Growth & Strategy
Hannah leads business growth and strategy at SH Group, overseeing marketing, business development, and client experience across the firm.
​
Since joining SH Group, Hannah has built the company's marketing function from the ground up: rebranding the firm, launching the company's e-newsletter Constructive Thinking, and developing the content and positioning behind SH Group's service offerings, including Project Triage & Strategic Reset and the newly rebranded Project Launch program. She manages proposal writing regarding communications, business certifications, and external communications, and has contributed directly to project work as an Assistant Project Manager on several client engagements.

Hannah brings 20 years of professional experience including an MBA from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business, where she specialized in marketing and strategy. She holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University in International Affairs. She holds active real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC, and is affiliated with TTR Sotheby's International Realty (Georgetown office).
Chikwado Ibe
Development Manager
Chikwado Ibe is a Development Manager at SH Group with more than five years of experience across the full real estate lifecycle, from acquisition and underwriting through permitting, construction, and disposition.
Chikwado has managed $10M+ in residential and commercial projects across Maryland, overseeing 30+ initiatives spanning both the deal and project level. He brings a hands-on approach to development: building and analyzing deals, coordinating contractors, managing timelines, and driving projects forward through every phase of execution.
His background as a Real Property Assessor for the State of Maryland has sharpened his approach to valuation, feasibility, and risk and translates directly into stronger outcomes for clients.
Chikwado holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business.
