Kris is amazing. There is no construction project of any scale or complexity that I wouldn't hire her for.  Our largest project together was a ground-up Baltimore City waterfront distillery campus: more than 5 acres, three buildings, and about 50,000 square feet of new construction. The complexity was off the charts. It involved brownfield remediation, insufficient existing utilities, heavy Maryland Department of the Environment and Fire Marshal requirements, and elevated stormwater controls on a bay tributary. The uses ranged from explosion-proof distillation areas to offices, retail, bottling production, and a 10,000-square-foot restaurant. All of it was public facing and needed a coherent, elevated look. The project hosted the Governor and was delivered on time with the quality we needed for our public opening.

 

We also built a 17 acre whiskey aging campus together.  She led us through site selection and acquisition and helped us save considerable cost by repurposing the existing primary structure while adding two more. It was another brownfield with heavy regulatory, containment, security, and safety requirements, and everything was custom designed. Even with a COVID pause mid-construction, it was delivered on time and on budget.

 

Kris is highly organized, communicates well, doesn't shy away from tough conversations, and truly cares. You can trust her to do what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it, no matter what.
